Circa March 2018 – What song are these ladies singing? I’ll tell you in a moment

By this time, Mr Dj Services was selling out every weekend with the “Karaoke Dj Party” package. We hadn’t integrated the photo booth part of the services like we currently have. At this party were 30 plus guests (behind camera). It was a 30th birthday celebration held at the Lincoln Beer Company in Burbank, CA. The client found us online.

The pub was open to the public however, the back corner of the establishment was reserved for this party. The great part of a mobile dj service is the flexibility of our equipment and it’s peripheral pieces to adjust, expand or downsize for each party. This method of overlapping pieces of equipment allows a “on the fly” or improv adjustment to the room, floor or grass we have to set up our gear.

You can see in the picture the bigger lyric tv display and it’s smaller counterpart in front of the ladies. Not seen in this picture but the smaller lyric display had to be moved closer to the brick wall 3 times when the dance songs were played.

You see, to keep the mood positively fun, we will play 2-3 fun party dance songs to pack the dance floor and then do 2-3 karaoke sign ups. It’s a win win for everybody. In fact, some places like this, the client invites anybody in the room to feel free to sign up for a song.
