Circa 2017 – ‘Breaking Bad’ – ‘Scarface Actor’ Steven Bauer – This party was for a friend of his who was not famous BUT very successful in business. Mr Steven Bauer played the role in Scarface as “Manny/Mano” and he was “Don Eladio” in the hit AMC TV show ‘Breaking Bad’. So, Steven as it turns out, loves karaoke. Actually, better said, he loves to sing. He was talking to me about songs and I remember him saying in use to be in a band/s. He told me while he was signing up that it’s difficult to visit karaoke bars due to his status. Having an intimate setting like this was a breath of fresh air and most importantly it was safe. Fans can get annoyingly pushy with a touch of crazy. He sang one third of the songs mainly because the women at the party just wanted to watch and listen. Grate voice and awareness to his range. He wasn’t a microphone hog by no stretch at all but what could you say. If the ladies enjoyed it then why not roll with it? I had no problem putting the work load on his shoulder. He sang about 6 songs that he had never tried before. That’s how much he likes singing. The Karaoke dj party took place on a multi million dollar estate belonging to his friend. There wasn’t a whole lot of room for dancing but the guests managed to dance in between the couches and any other place available.
