Circa Oct 2018 – Malibu 40th Birthday- Where is everybody? I’ll tell you in a moment.

This kind of number, 40, is cooler than your 21st. When you are 21, you go out with friends to a club, bar or establishment to enjoy the feeling of being ‘carded’. No doubt turning and celebrating your 21st is special but when it comes to 40, well most people feel that “what happened to my twenties” vibe and most are married and it’s the first time in years they have been able to spend money to themselves due to marriage and kids. Most 40th birthday’s are such as this.

The kids are at a babysitters house until the party is over because Mom & Dad have sacrificed their love, money and life to provide for their kids but now they want one night to get plastered with their friends. They want to make up for lost time of fun and foolishness. Not to mention they have finally paid off the cost of the wedding 4 to 15 years before.

With our karaoke dj services sometimes we offer only the dj portion especially if you see the picture, there you see a little walkway of slabs of stone. This was the dance area. Yeah, it’s small. When you live in Malibu, even the tiny properties are worth 1 million dollars and this was all the space that was available for the dance area.
