The best way to have an employee Christmas party is to have it at 11 am on a Friday, with pay! I did not know this theory. I learned it by watching this event and watching the results.

All the employees in this picture, from what I was told, were technically on the clock. They were awarded prizes, free libations, appetizers, a buffet and more libations. All of this between the hours of 11am and 2pm. This was our karaoke Dj services party package.

Mr Dj Services had not integrated the photo booth service with our packages yet. Dancing to group songs, as you can see here cupid shuffle, then we had a competition for the best karaoke song performance. Normally you would assume someone with a super great voice but that is not always the case. Some of the singing is quite funny and inspiring on a fun level. The funny always wins!

By the time 2 pm rolled around it seemed like they wanted to keep going. This party did decide to go overtime by one hour except the facility notified them that they would have to stop ordering drinks by 2:30pm to allow the crew to clean up for the next party that started at 5pm which the set up would be back to back at 4pm.

As we were breaking down the dj equipment, the next dj was setting up. However, they all went back home, still on the clock and happy. Mr Dj Services was on hand for the karaoke dj and dance party. #karaokedj #djservices #partydj #partyideas
